Wildleaf Vitamin C Serum

If you remember sometime last year I received a PR box from the newly launched organic skin care company called Wildleaf. You can read about it here.

Since I still have a lot of products to try (beauty & skin care) I set it aside.

About a month ago I was running out of my daily serum Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Serum. I was panicking  ‘cos I did not stock up on this. Sometimes if you’re lucky you can get it in Rustan’s but of course it is more expensive if you buy it here. I always buy mine abroad.

So, I stopped using it until I get a back up.

In the meantime I decided to use the Vit. C Serum that Wildleaf sent me.

And holy cow! I got the shock of my life. I was not expecting it to be good. Before I used it I was thinking “this will do for now ‘cos it has vit. C. you can never go wrong with anything that has vit. c.”

I noticed the effect instantly. I mean in just second – third use. The consistency is similar to Chanel Hydra Beauty (altho Wildleaf Vit. C Serum is a little liquid-y). But other than that it is exactly the same. Very, very hydrating. I didn’t notice any difference at all compared to Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Serum. It’s as if I was still using my Chanel Hydra Beauty.

This is what I am using now. Day and night. It’s very light, absorbs easily and my face feels and look so fresh and clean. And it blends seamlessly with your foundation. And it has Hyaluronic Acid.

You all know that I don’t rave on a product that I don’t believe in. This one. I give you my word and my credibility. This is how much I like it.

This is really, really good.

So, I decided to message Sherry (the owner of Wildleaf) and told her that I like their Vit. C  Serum. I asked her where I can purchase it. She was so happy that I liked it and she asked me what else I liked. I told her I liked their Peppermint Body Wash, too.

The next thing I knew this arrived in my house.

She told me they’re coming out with their new Face Wash and she sent me some to try and she also sent Roxanne (my good friend) some to try too.

Their new product that they’re launching soon.

She sent me again a bottle of  Vit. C Serum!

Their Peppermint Body Wash is good to use these days. The days when the temperature doesn’t go down below 33 degrees C.

It’s very refreshing, very cool to the body and smell so fresh. It’s good to use especially when you’re in the beach.

I asked Sherry where we can purchase their products ‘cos I really want to share this with you. I love sharing with you my good finds.

You can place your order in their Face book page.

Right now they’re doing a survey on their site and everyone who joins the survey will automatically get 50% off on their Vit. C Serum. This survey will run until May 15, 2017.

And she will also give a discount code to all my readers! Watch out for the code! I will post it soon.

For now you can join their survey and get 50% off.

  • I love vitamin C serums. A well-formulated one does so much for your skin! It’s a bit unstable, but benefits outweigh the extra effort of keeping an eye on it. So do keep an eye on your bottle. I see that you received it in October and are only opening it now. Vitamin C serums generally have shelf-life of 2-3 months only, so keep an eye out for oxidation! Once your serum has oxidized it no longer has any benefit and in some cases may actually cause skin damage.

    • Oh thanks for the tip. I think the shelf life starts the minute you open the bottle. I did not open my bottle until recently (like a month and a half ago). Good thing it didn’t oxidize yet!
      Thanks! 😘

      • You’re welcome! And you probably already know this, but in case you don’t, refrigeration helps extend its shelf life. 😊

    • Join the survey bpf! it’s 50% off if you join it

  • I just answered the survey, I’m excited to get one! Your recommendations are always great!

  • Hi Ms. Tina, i answered the survey but did not get the code for a 50% off… want to try the Vitamin C serum as you recommended. thanks

  • Hello Ms. Tina, would love to try the product too. Can you share please the link to 50% off. Many thanks.

  • I wish I saw this sooner! I am such a huge fan and believer of vitamin C serum and anything that slows down signs of skin aging 😛 My beef is that my favorite one that has hyaluronic acid is a tad too pricey for me at $35, so I’m using a second best which I think works just as well that’s $15 less. I feel like the moment women hit their 30s they should up their anti-aging regimen. Which is what I’m doing 🙂 thanks for this post Ms. Tina!
